Copyright Ownership and Author Rights

Authors retain full copyright ownership and publishing rights to their articles published in Global Insights Law Journal (GILJ). The journal recognizes the intellectual contributions of authors and is committed to protecting their rights while promoting the widest possible dissemination of legal scholarship.

By submitting and publishing an article with Global Insights Law Journal, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, display, preserve, and archive the published work through the journal’s digital platform and other scholarly communication channels.

The granting of publication rights does not constitute a transfer of copyright ownership from the author(s) to the journal. Authors remain free to reuse, share, and further develop their published work, subject to proper acknowledgement of the original publication in Global Insights Law Journal.
